Lodes Tidal Pendant

Designed by Needs Studio, the Lodes Tidal Pendant is an embodiment of elegant lighting that captures the dynamic essence of celestial movements and ocean tides. Featuring an asymmetric, irregular ring which appears different when viewed from various angles, this lighting solution presents a wider side accentuating its unique design. Available in both ceiling and pendant versions, Tidal easily adapts to varied settings from residential to professional to expansive contract projects, providing versatile lighting solutions that can illuminate and decorate any space.

The stand-alone pendant version innovatively incorporates a dual-shell construction that balances direct and indirect light, minimizing glare while adding an element of dynamism to the piece. This fixture seems to hover in the air, creating a light and refined presence. Inside the compact, yet robustly designed lamp body lies a light source with a stunning output of over 6,000 lm, casting light both downwards and upwards—perfectly balanced for an even, ambient light spread. The intensity of both light sources can be independently controlled for ultimate lighting versatility.

Each lamp is suspended by three slim cables from a specially designed circular matt metal ceiling rose, which is slightly smaller in diameter than the ring itself, enhancing the floating illusion. The Tidal is available in various finishes including matte white, terra, champagne, and black, offering myriad possibilities to complement any decor.
