Graypants Wick PRO Remote Control

The Wick PRO Remote is a compact, palm-sized controller designed to manage multiple Wick PRO lamps simultaneously within a 10-meter range. Measuring just 6 cm in diameter and weighing 32 grams, this indoor-only device is constructed from plastic, silicone, and metal with an IP20 rating. It features dedicated buttons for high, medium, and low brightness settings, a "candle mode," and a central off/pairing button. A unique battery status check button allows users to quickly identify which lamps need attention; lamps with over 10% battery switch to high mode, while those below 10% will flash.

A single remote can be paired with up to 100 Wick PRO units, making it an efficient tool for large hospitality or residential settings. The pairing process involves holding the lamp's touch ring for eight seconds until it flashes, followed by holding the remote's "OFF" button. The remote operates on a replaceable CR2430 3V battery, which is accessed via a slide on the side. It is important to note that if a Wick PRO lamp has not been used for over eight days, it enters an energy-saving mode and may require a physical touch or charging to "wake up" and recognize the remote's signal.
