The Catellani & Smith Shadow is a one of a kind lamp. Irregularities in the lamp give it an intricate look, that once illuminated cast a display of lights and shadows that make the Catellani & Smith Shadow a unique piece of technology. Shadow is a piece of metal cloth suspended in space and illuminated by LED technology. An irregular darkness surrounds the shadow of the cloth, giving the Catellani & Smith Shadow a sheer simplicity.

The Catellani & Smith Shadow is mounted on a matt black painted copper rod, with a black base, and a beautiful brass net. The Base is 10 cm by 10 cm. the brass net is approximately 50 cm by 50 cm. The Catellani & Smith Shadow is 150 cm in height.
