Artemide Tolomeo LED Wall/Table Lamp Body (Body only)

The Artemide Tolomeo is one of the most recognisable task lamps ever made — a spring-balanced aluminium arm designed in 1987 by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina, and awarded the Compasso d'Oro in 1989. This is the LED version of the classic-size body.

This listing is the body lamp only. A complete Tolomeo is body + support, and the support is what decides where the lamp goes: a table base, a table clamp or a fixed desk support make it a desk lamp, the wall support makes it a wall lamp (applique). It is the same body article either way — all four supports are sold separately and are listed below.

Choose your light. 2700 K warm white or 3000 K neutral white, both 8 W and CRI 90, dimmable from a microswitch on the arm. Both are also available with a presence detector, which switches the lamp on and off as you arrive at and leave the desk. The Tunable White version runs from 2200 K to 6500 K, so the light can follow the day from candle-warm to daylight.

Artemide's data sheet states 220–240 V for the wall build and 24 V for the table build of this same body; the lamp connects to the mains either way. The full sheet for each version is on this page.
